Phase II Admission Results and Announcement for International Students for Academic Year 2021-2022

1. The applicant can log into the online application system to download the letter of acceptance, waiting-list or non-acceptance in PDF form after 2 PM, May 18 (Taiwan time).
For IMBA offer holders, please use the same email you used for the IMBA application system as the account name and the application code you can see attached to your name on the result list as the password and log into the NCCU application system https://admission.nccu.edu.tw/intladmission After a few routine eligibility checks, you'll be able to go on with confirming the acceptance and filling in information needed for online registration.

2. If the applicant needs a hard copy of the said letter, please email the NCCU Office of International Cooperation intladm@nccu.edu.tw 
 

3. To accept the offer of admission, please log into the online application system after 5 PM, May 14, 2021 (Taiwan time) to complete the online registration procedure. Make sure you read the NCCU Admission Notice for International Students for 2021-2022 Academic Year before completing the online registration form and printing it out to sign. Please then scan and upload the signed Registration Form, a passport photo, and photocopies of the educational documents verified by related offices (if available) by 11:59 PM, June 09, 2021 (Taiwan time).* If you cannot have the documents verified in time for online registration, uploading the unverified version for online registration purpose will do just fine, just make sure you have your documents verified before September 2021 and ready for the Enrollment day. 

*The required educational documents include the diploma of highest academic degree and full academic transcripts; those with a bachelor's degree or higher from schools in mainland China specifically recognized by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan are also required to provide the certificate of degree conferral.

The original copy of the required educational documents verified by the related offices should be submitted on the Enrollment Day. The authenticated documents will be returned after verification. Failure to provide the above-mentioned documents on the Enrollment Day will affect the registration process. 

Because of Covid-19, OIC will notify admitted applicants the exact date of enrollment by email at a later date.

Please bear in mind that those who fail to complete the online registration or upload the required documents by the deadline will forfeit their candidacy for admission. The admission offers will be given to applicants on the waiting list, as stipulated by the regulations.

4. If you are accepted by more than one department/graduate institute/program, please complete the procedure of accepting one admission offer before the deadline. The regulations are as follows:

(a) Accepted by more than one department/graduate institute/program: You can accept only one offer. After you accept the offer, the other admission offers will be cancelled automatically.

(b) Accepted by more than one department/graduate institute/program and on the waiting list for more than one department/graduate institute/program: You can accept only one offer. After you complete the procedure of accepting the offer, the other admission offers will be cancelled automatically. If you decline the admission offer and decide to stay on the waiting list for another department/graduate institute/program, you may not receive the admission offer later if you are not taken off the waiting list.

(c) On the waiting list for more than one department/graduate institute/program: You can accept only one offer on the waiting list. After you complete the procedure of accepting one offer, the other admission offers on the waiting list will be cancelled automatically. If you decline one admission offer and decide to stay on the waiting list for another department/graduate institute/program, you may not receive the admission offer later if you are not taken off the waiting list.

5. According to the regulation of the Ministry of Education (MOE), NCCU will provide the list of the admitted applicants who have dual citizenship (both foreign and R.O.C) to the MOE to verify that these admitted students have never held household registration in Taiwan. The admission will be revoked if these admitted applicants have ever held household registration in Taiwan.

6. The admission from NCCU does not guarantee that the student will be a recipient of the Taiwan ICDF scholarship. Only applicants who receive the award letters issued by the Taiwan ICDF are the scholarship recipients.
