Notice for Stage-1 Admission of the 2023 New International Students Scholarship Recipients
1. This scholarship is awarding the following amounts to each academic level:
- Undergraduate: NT$ 60,000
- Master’s: NT$ 80,000
- Doctoral: NT$ 100,000
2. Please read the “NCCU Stage-1 Admission 2023 Notice for International Students” thoroughly and follow the instruction to complete the verification of your educational documents and the registration. To accept our offer of admission, please upload the required documents to the Online Application System by 5 pm, December 9, 2022 (Fri) (Taiwan Time). Those who fail to upload the required documents by the prescribed deadline will forfeit their candidacy for scholarship.
3. Scholarship recipients MUST provide the required documents to the Office of International Cooperation (hereafter, “OIC”) after the semester starts.
- A photocopy of valid ARC.
- Enrollment certificate.
- A photocopy of your personal passbook of First Commercial Bank or Taiwan Post.
4. Scholarship recipients will receive the scholarship award in two equal installments, directly deposited into the accounts from First Commercial Bank or Taiwan Post.
5. Please note that this scholarship will be cancelled if the recipients are awarded with the following awards/scholarships or being in the following status:
- Taiwan Scholarship
- Full scholarship offered by other government institutions
- Tuition waiver offered by NCCU
- Being suspended, deferred, transferred, or expelled from NCCU
- Taking fewer than 6 semester credits in the first semester
